DeathRap – Hyderabad, brings a fresh breeze for youth Hip-Hop music world. 'DeathRap' is basically a style of rap which revolves around violent, gore, fatal and brutal lyrics and themes. It includes horror core, rock metal and death metal mode of rap. This genre of music has its own unique status around the globe and we are the first ever Hip-Hop crew from India to represent this Genre for the country. DeathRap was formed in late 2010 when a young bunch of enthusiasts from the historical city of Hyderabad got together to compose bilingual (Urdu/English) rap for the music lovers. We also bring up social issues and problems faced by the common people (Aam Aadmi) from time to time in the country that provides a good message to the listeners. For example, our latest hit on YouTube “Kill Corruption” and “Sukoon Ki Talaash”. We trust in unity, hard work and hence improve in our performance. ACHIEVEMENTS: 1. Deathrap latest song “Hyderabad Kirak Gaana” is going viral on Youtube and other social media and more than 100 thousands watched it in a very short period and also critically analyses the same. 2. DeathRap upcoming works includes: . A music video on the culture of "PAAN" – (betel leaf). · A music video on the growing CRIME SCENE in our society. · Multi-lingual rap cypher in TELUGU, URDU, ENGLISH, HYDERABADI and other languages. (Trial videos includes in DVD). 3. ‘DeathRap is what we run’ was also aired several times on ‘MTV’ Music Channel under the block of ‘MTV Roots’. 4. “Our rhymes are unique for its violent and gory themes, and its brutal and explicit lyrical content.” – MTV Roots 5. Our debut official music video ‘DeathRap is what we run’ was widely appreciated by music lovers all over the world and also in the Indian Hip Hop Scene getting healthy views on YouTube in a shot span of time. 6. We also got an excellent feedback and shout-out from the founder of this genre ‘Ron Braunstein Necro’ on our music video that is noticeable to everyone on YouTube. 7. The International television channel UTV famous program “Bindass” crew arrived in Hyderabad to capture our performance and took our personal interview for their channel music programme. 8. We are the youngest one to get certificate from Central Board of Film Certification, Government of India for our debut music video. 9. AAM AADMI PARTY (AAP) also gave feedback and appreciated our work for our song "Kill Corruption". 10. Various pioneer newspapers and magazines covers and gave space to our activities. 11. We are also working for a NGO movie for supporting the ban on Child Labor. 12. Our debut audio mix tape ‘Volume – 1’ was made public in early 2011, comprised of 8 tracks which resulted in a paramount success. 13. A Gangtok (Sikkim) based crew named ‘Urban Inc’ also did collaboration with us dropping a single ‘Illest Rhymes’ in December 2011. 14. We also performed a number of times on different occasions including at the famous cultural hub Ravindra Bharati appraise by huge music lovers.
