EXODIA-THRASH

Exodia forms in Valencia (Spain) in 2009 and was in his beginnings a band more focused on Heavy Metal but gradually evolved into a harder sound and Thrash Metal style with influences such as Metallica, Megadeth, Kreator, Arch Enemy, Lamb Of God, Machine Head, Overkill, Testament or Slayer. If anything characterizes Exodia is it's easy way of mixing the Thrash Metal with other styles like Death Metal, Heavy Metal, Metalcore... Exodia is not the typical band of Thrash!!! In 2010 they recorded their first demo at underground level get find a lot of good reviews and with participation at production of Davish G. Alvarez (Angelus Apatrida). The band continues to touring at national level making stunning gigs all over Spain and in 2011 was locked in the Studio to record their first full-length album Slow Death. Art Gates Records (Record Label) is interested in the band offering them a record deal for the first record and the release date of that album was the April 2012 entitled Slow Death. Since that moment appreciates a big jump in the band both in quality and repercussions placing the band as one of the Nation-leading Thrash Metal bands and garnering great reviews in specialized webzines, radios, magazines... Also in his first Album Slow Death collaborates Davish G. Alvarez as a producer and plays one of the solos of the song World's Cancer and the ex-member of Violent Eve Cyrus sings in The Stark Reality. Made in April to coincide with the release of the Album a national tour with Evile visiting Spanish Geography and in 2012 and to mark the release of the Album share the stage with bands very important as Korpiklaani, Trollfest, Criminal, Angelus Apatrida, Noctem, Coprolith... Besides all that Exodia recorded two music videos of the song No Rules No Kisses and Fight My Cock And Your Palate that have a great response from the public and are broadcasted on channels highly relevant as Blank TV.. Late 2012 the drummer Pablo Vergara left the band and to replace it joins Exodia Toni Camarero a drummer with a lot of experience and until that day had been the drummer of Death Over Threat this in corporation gives the band greater consistency and solidity to the rhythm section. Right now in 2013 the band is headlining his own tour around the country try sharing the stage with many promising bands and other already established and Exodia also participate in important festivals sharing the stage with legendary bands!!!! 2013 is definitely the year of Exodia's confirmation as a band that is in the firing line on the national scene and is fast becoming a reference of Thrash!!!
