Gavin Caster

Gavin began playing piano at 6 years old, and basically began composing piano pieces the same time. At 14 he started writing lyrics to his songs. At age 25 took up guitar & bass. His main influences growing up were Chicago (the Terry Kath years), CSN,Y, Simon & Garfunkel, Elton John, Yes, and classical music. His greatest guitar influence is James Taylor, and has mastered several of his greatest hits including Shower the People, Mexico, Something in the Way She Moves, Close Your Eyes, and many more. His inspiration for writing comes from his wife and son, and so many beautiful people he calls his friends. He continues writing and recording new music as well as volunteering for a local nonprofits in his hometown of Louisville, KY.
