Hedninger

Hedninger is a one man music project originally from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Now based out of Tennessee, Hedninger writes pagan/folk metal music with lyrical themes based around Norse mythology, vikings, and fantasy. All the music is written and performed by one guy, Cliff Beaver. The first song ever written "Prelude to Battle" is on the album "Beginning" and really got Hedninger inspired to continue making music. The first album was more geared toward a death metal sound. With the first release completed, it was discovered that there needed to be a folk metal style album as well. The second release "Hedenske Skogen" has a more folk metal feel with nature and forest themed lyrics. I hope whoever listens to Hedninger finds enjoyment in the music. I enjoy making it.
