Native Hawaiian from the Island of Kauai, comes from a family of musicians dating back to the 1800's, given an ukulele at the age of 6. Been surrounded by music in the early years, started writing & composing songs back in the early 70's, created a music group called"The Blue Light" 1st recording sold over 40000 cassettes world wide & a 2nd one done soon after....I've been writing music to Uncle Larry's words since 2005 and it has been quite inspirational... always feel that I need to write a new tune so I pick one from Uncle's list and it gets created for me as read the words....I am a solo Hawaiian musician up here in WA State and not too many of us up here, so I enjoy sharing the Spirit of Aloha in song..
