The story of L.P. “Da Assassin” is one of sheer greatness. Hailing from Dolton, Illinois, a South Suburb of Chicago, L.P. is the epitome of true perseverance. In 2004, following his entrepreneurial spirit, LP started his own label entitled Come Up Records & Entertainment known as "The C.U.R.E. for the Industry,”. Every true God given mission with a purpose will be tested. The C.U.R.E. family came to know this fact first hand in 08’ when they had to come together when L.P. was in and out the hospital after he had to give his father a kidney. It was a trying time for the C.U.R.E. family to see their leader momentarily down as his existence on earth was threatened after LP risked his life to save the man who gave him life. The major surgery was just a minor setback in the career of this young superstar.
