SHATTER MESSIAH is ready to unleash their sonic fury once again, returning with a new album, a new line up, and an even stronger sound. Founded by Curran Murphy (Ex-ANNIHILATOR & NEVERMORE) and Robert Falzano (BLOOD FOR BLOOD, RAMALLAH, SINNERS & SAINTS, TENEBRAE, Ex-ANNIHILATOR), the band released their soon to be classic debut album, "Never To Play The Servant," and brilliant follow up album "God Burns Like Flesh" on Dockyard 1 Records. On such songs as "Crucify Freedom," "Frailty," "Pathway"' and the blistering title track, "God Burns Like Flesh, "SHATTER MESSIAH threw down the gauntlet with an uncompromising ferocity and technical virtuosity that few bands could match. SHATTER MESSIAH is now set to release their 3rd and strongest offering yet, “Hail the New Cross.” With eight standout tracks on offer, including “Disconnecting,” “Loyal Betrayer,” and “Mercenary Machine,” the band has written their most progressive compositions to date, combining instantly memorable choruses with atypical song structures, resulting in a unique sound that SHATTER MESSIAH are proud to call their own. Featuring Murphy’s aptitude for technical playing and brilliant song writing, the band have added the melodic capabilities of new singer Mike Duncan (POWND), and gotten even stronger with the additions of Pat Gibson on guitar and Jim Lewis on bass.
