Born in Baltimore, MD; a place where hope doesn’t pay too many visits, Nicholas “Y1” Pullen took all the hope he had and put it into his music. He is living proof that dreams can come true as long as you don’t give up on them. With his steady pace moving up through the music industry, his dream to have his music welcomed into the ears of the world is getting closer and closer. His goal is to be happy with whom he is, and the life he lives is essential to his music because when you step out of your character you never know what comes with the new character you are stepping into. At the age of 10, Y1 started writing songs, and by 11 he was performing them with no fear, only passion. His talents expand outside of the realm of music and into acting. This helped fine tune his stage presence and charisma. Y1 loves to have fun with life and enjoys every second of it. A day of adventure, laughing, reading a book, playing basketball, chilling with the friends and family, and especially anything pertaining to music be it making it, listening, or performing, Y1 is down for it.
