A little project called "CONSTITUTIONALLY INCAPABLE." For all those who have been mentally,emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually hijacked by Alcoholics Anonymous, there is hope. You are not powerless and you do not have a disease. Find positive people to hang with, eat healthy, exercise, and relax- get a good nights sleep. Seek non AA counseling if your life problems are challegening and you need assistance. You don't have to spend your life talking about drinking and forever taking inventory of ficitious character defects. It's okay to be angry sometimes and it's alright to feel sad.
