Richie Righteous AKA R.I.C.H is a minister who God has used to touch the lives of people all over the world. Using hip-hop as a medium, this truly dynamic ministry is in demand by churches and organizations to reach this generation. R.I.C.H.'s music has been loved not only by a Christian audience but also those who are fans of artists such as Lil Wayne, Jay-z and Eminem. With his energetic performances, (usually with a live band) the atmosphere welcomes the presence of Christ. Through his music, the grace and power of God is conveyed and lives are truly touched and changed. In 2005 R.I.C.H released his first album titled "Censorship" which is still in demand to this day. His latest album “R.I.C.H” includes 15 tracks with a very urban contemporary flare that appeals to all audiences. R.I.C.H has toured over 70 cities and 7 countries, and has ministered in places like the Potter's House and Bishop Paul Morton's Full Gospel conference. He has been featured on projects such as The Bible Experience (which features Denzel Washington, T.D. Jakes plus many more) and American Bible Society's Elementz of Life magazine and CD. Richie Righteous has received several awards which include The En sound music award for Album of the Year, Single of the Year and Artist of the year. He has also received The Kingdom Choice award for Album of the Year, Single of the Year and Peoples Minister. Among others he has also received a Marlin Award and has been honored with a Holy Hip-hop award as well. R.I.C.H has started a label known as Rich Records, with a mission to "effectively communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the entire world." Rich currently resides in Queens, NY with his wife and two children. He is also the pastor of the church, Jamaica Assembly of God in Jamaica, Queens. By candidly sharing his experiences and responding to Gods call in his life he invites his listeners to experience the power of God’s grace and respond to Gods call for their life.
