Boomer is a solo artist with a home studio who writes and records music for kicks. All songs are recorded and mixed by Boomer with special guests appearing on select songs. Boomer plays drums, guitar, bass, keyboards and does all the vocals except where noted. All songs are recorded in Boomer's basement nestled in the coastal mountains of beautiful Maple Ridge, BC Canada. Boomer has a basic home studio set up and uses a Presonus Firestudio rack mount computer interface which allows 8 inputs (1/4" or XLR) using Firewire, with Cubase LE as the software. Boomer uses Sonor drums, Sabian cymbals, Gibson and Fender electric guitars, Yamaha acoustic guitars, Marshall amps, Shure 57 & 58 mics, Apex Vacuum Tube Condensor Mic, Behringer "Truth" monitors, Behringer 24 channel mixer, external rack mount effects and Pro-Mark drumsticks. Boomer records many cover's and some originals. Boomer lives in BC but will have guest singer's and player's from Toronto, Kamloops and many other places via the internet added to his tracks. Boomer is a Canadian Government licensed Pyrotechnician. He has 25 years experience in the pyro business. Boomer got his start working with a Canadian band named "Triumph". Boomer has played in many bands throughout his 25 year music career. From "Snowblind" to "Stonehenge" in Toronto Canada, to "Second Hand Smoke" and AC/DC Tribute band "EH/CDC" here in British Columbia Canada. Boomer has also done session work for "The Anne Parrish Band", "Karate Pencilcase" and many more. These days, he prefers to be a "One Man Band".
