Caleb Howard
Christian/Gospel • Whitesburg, KY
Born and raised in Whitesburg, Kentucky, in the Appalachian Mountains. Caleb Howard has grown up around music his whole life. His family was always playing music or singing as long as he could remember. As a result he began singing at a young age in church with his dad and uncles. From the start he always had a passion to perform for audiences and touch the hearts of people thru music. At the age of 18, Caleb began singing and playing in local festivals and talent shows. Over the years he has since sang in many weddings, funerals, music events and traveled in various states singing in churches wherever opportunities arose. During this period of time he met his beautiful wife Erica. They have two children, Brooklyn and Damon who are also beginning to learn to play instruments and sing with they’re dad. In the year 2013, Caleb recorded his first album, For The Love Of God, in Sevierville, Tennessee. One of the tracks titled “The Prodigal” was released to radio and had reached the Top 50 on two separate Country Gospel and Inspirational charts, in which he is very humbled and thankful for the support given on this project. In May of 2017, “Here I Stand”, another single off the album, was released to radio. It also made the top 50 on a gospel chart as well. Later on in the year, “Famous In Heaven” was released as well. In 2018 “Live Like That” was released to national radio and he is looking forward to that single being a big success. Caleb has had the opportunity to perform at the Gospel Music Fan Fair in Somerset, Kentucky and Creekside Convention in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Caleb has also been invited to perform at the National Quartet Convention in September of 2018 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee Caleb is very excited about the future and the possibility of pursuing his dream in music going wherever the road may lead. He is entering the studio to work on a second project to have it due out by spring of 2018. Caleb has been privileged to share the stage with artists such as, The Singing Cookes, The Cooke Brothers, John Lanier, Aaron Wilburn and Kevin Spencer.
