. Cerebrum are being created by Mike and Jim on 2002 . A year later Apollon takes over vocal duties. . On 2005 they decide to record the first demo at Zero Gravity studios. Its being voted as demo of the month in the Greek Version of Metal Hammer magazine (April 2006) . 2007 : The first album is being recorded at db recordings in Slovenia.Drums played by George Kollias. Mixed and mastered at Grindhouse studios by George Bokos,Mike and Jim. The artwork is made by Xaay (Nile, Behemoth , Kamelot and others) . Album title is ''Spectral Extravagance'' . 2009 - Band signs with the Czech label Lacerated Enemy records and ''Spectral Extravagance’’ is being released on august of the same year. The album receives great reviews and is still on the ''top selling'' list of Lacerated Enemy. Later this year George Skalkos (CodeDecoded ,later on Inveracity, Dead Congregation, ) joins the band . On 2010 the band hires Polish drummer Kuba Chmura, ( Sceptic, Thy Disease ) as a session member in order to perform live shows So it happens . Cerebrum joins the legendary Italian death metal band Sadist for their European tour. Also played in Metal Valley festival and other appearances among Deicide, Belphegor and many others. . In the beginning of 2012 the band decide to record their second album and the recording sessions begins .George Kollias once again undertakes the task to record the drums for the new album on October of 2012. Later this year and before the vocal recording sessions begin, Cerebrum decide to split ways with vocalist Apollon . Jim Touras takes over and records the vocals. The whole production (Guitar – Vocal - Bass recordings and Mix - Mastering sessions) except from the drums which are recorded at Soundtrap studios, takes place at B-House studios.Mike and Jim are responsible for the whole process. Name of the album :COSMIC ENIGMA! After many talks and proposals from several labels ,the band decides that the Japanese Amputated Vein Records is the best home for the new album. . On 27th of May 2013 Cosmic Enigma is finally released. . New members join the band and complete the line-up. Defkalion Dimos on drums and Kostas Mexis on vocals.
