Communist Daughter is an indie rock band from Saint Paul MN.
A few years ago John Solomon walked away from music. After struggling with addiction, Bipolar disorder and a brief stint in jail he broke up his band and moved to a small town. And supposedly that was that.
After going dark for a few years he slowly started writing again, and invited some of his closest friends out to that small town to demo up new music. After meeting singer Molly Moore and convincing her to join them, they called themselves Communist Daughter and John moved back to the Twin Cities to start again.

They released their first LP "Soundtrack to the End" and the EP "Lions & Lambs" to critical acclaim. Stay tuned for new music.
