David Minton is a musician/singer/entertainer/songwriter David Minton performs a music targeted for seniors. The music covers hit songs from the 1920's to the 1990's. American standards, Classic Country and Golden Oldies Rock and Blues make up a lively performance. Through the years Dave has worked as a drummer, bass player and guitar player with many bands and spent two decades playing guitar with his wife in Red Rock West. As a drummer in the 1970's and 1980's he was privilaged to perform on stage with 32 different recording stars including Alabama, John Forgerty, Hank Thompson, Rose Maddox, Little Jimmie Dickens, Junior Brown, David Frizzell and Jerry Lee Lewis. Today he is is concentrating on dance music for older crowds, senior centers, memory care centers and assisted living communities. We call this a "Senior Music Show" because not only am I a senior but I keeping adding songs requested by seniors".
