I'm number 5 in a family of 7, where we sang together in harmony and also played together with the whole family in all our instruments. As an an avid vocalist, my gift is singing harmonies. From a very early age, I would sing with my family on a weekly basis to all the local old age rest homes on a weekly basis. My role when singing with the family was to find the harmony part missing and sing it, and over the years I applied this to playing my trumpet, as such, my playing I find to be very fluid and fun in that I can play mostly whatever I hear in my head that I should play as it's coming up. Sometimes it seems a bit to hard, but for the most part i can nail every lick I imagine. I also play the piano and guitar. Most of my song writing is done when I turn the lights off, turn on a recording device and just play the piano and sing. That's where my songs come, however I have not published or made any of them known. One day I hope to, perhaps I can get the music I have created out to the whole world.
