Hous Band
Rock • Los Angeles, CA
Hous Band was formed in 2010 by Jen Housholder whose music reflects life experiences and the deep desire to touch lives through entertaining. The distinct sound and passion of Hous Band’s music effortlessly draws their audience in and creates a genuine connection. The title track of their current album, Stay with Me, was written about the challenges facing service men and women coming home from combat and re-integrating back into civilian life. Stay with Me has touched many of our men and women in the military and their loved ones, and is the number one download of the album. Not all their songs are about military life; there are songs about love, heartbreak, and the interesting people we meet along life’s journey. Hous Band has been likened to the sounds of Sheryl Crow, Tom Petty and even Adele. Since the band formed, Hous Band has taken the stage at the legendary Roxy Theatre and Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, Skinny’s Lounge in North Hollywood, Howl at the Moon in Universal City, and performed at countless charity events for children (Thunder on the Lot) and Veterans (Lancaster VFW, Lancaster Hometown Heroes Tribute, American Airlines Sky Ball, etc.). Hous Band has traveled to numerous cities to perform including Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas / Fort Worth, and Philadelphia to name a few. Driven with a purpose to make a meaningful difference in society, Hous Band’s mission is to create music that evokes thought, reflection, and action that ultimately inspire the best qualities of life.
