From his early days as a saxophone sideman (including a stint as Gregg Allman"s sax player), through his evolution as a frontman and songwriter, to his emergence as a versatile keyboardist, flutist, and vocalist, Howie Bartolo has never been one to shy away from musical challenges. Howie has opened for such national acts as Hall and Oates, Cheap Trick, Thin Lizzy, The Outlaws, Sly and the Family Stone, Cactus, and King Crimson (to name a few). An inductee to the Syracuse Area Music Hall of Fame, Howie's name has been synonymous with music excellence for many years. Having recently relocated to North Florida, Howie is now performg as a solo artist. His fourth CD, "Olio", will be released in August, 2018.
