IJAY is an inspiring young lady born in the northern part of Nigeria to a family of seven. Had her college life there then got over to Lagos Nigeria for her higher institution. All through the process of growing up, she had loved music and have been in choirs. At a tender age, she led competitions and came out tops in all.
Ijeoma is a Holy Ghost filled, tongue talking believer who loves the lord with all of her heart, and is willing to do what the will of the lord is and carry it out to the letter.
She is sold out to God, having come to the realization that as Christians we are not our own any more - our lives is about what he says . Just a song she wrote goes 'sold out to your work lord am sold out I'll do just as u bid me do I'll will do '.
Her purpose in music when asked is to fulfill her reason for my being ,minister the truth of God's word to the hearts of men and put words of praise on the lips of people to praise our great God .
That actually should be the soul reason why any one living here on earth should live for ; fulfill the reason why you were made .
Being from a family of singers with six of her siblings all good singers two of them song writers came up with a song titled 'IT'S OKAY 'after the death of their father while they were still very young.
It brings her joy to reveal the glory of God's kingdom through her songs . That is why she is sold out to do this will all of her life.
