The secret to Integr8d Soul is that it's been a secret up till now. This duo came to San Diego aboard a Greyhound bus with a guitar, two bags of clothes, and a bag of books. I.S. relocated to Boulder in 2021. They've been developing a combined talent for drawing and writing into novels, comics and interactive text games, as found on itchio and GamesCreate (under Lue Lyron)--an interconnected universe of characters. After years of sharing the songs on rare occasions, they've made the leap. It's so fascinating to leap into a place where you know no one, but if they had their way, they'd do that most every day. It's hard to light the paths into their mysterious music, yet it's filled with joy and wisdom and continues to grow. Their need to provide a new demo underscores their present rehearsals, but they've enjoyed a lot of local music at every chance and feel close to sharing the beauty they celebrate in life, along with a hearty dose of persistent spirit.
