the songwriter- duo nick fisher and steffen grelka, the musical heads of the studio-project `enola gay` intensively thought about their musical future in 1992. not long before they had decided to break up, since the rest of ´enola gay` did´nt seem to strive for more than a semiprofessional music career. to record their new ideas, some months passed in the a-fair music studio/ hannover and in the d.g.circle studio/ hannover.
a completely new sound was created, in a way similar to depeche mode, but nevertheless their own sound.
after a long search they offered spark sailor, to support their music with his voice... JATOO was born!
after the `green carnation`- album the band splitted.
after 20 years, nick and steffen are now recording some new tracks with different collaborations.
