Reverend Hayward was a longtime drug and alcohol abuser in the late 80’s well into the early 90’s. She began drinking as a young girl and later at the age of fourteen began using crack cocaine. She heard the voice of God on January 29, 2001 calling her to begin her journey of recovery. Since surrendering, she has dedicated her life in helping others to live a clean and sober life. In 2006 God spoke to Hayward’s heart and challenged her to birth, the Ministry “God’s Vessel Ministries”. God’s Vessels objective is to share the unconditional love to every vessel that God sends, to bring hope of a transformed life. Hayward is continuing the vision by reaching out to the youth by creating a curriculum called “Building LEADER’S For A Better Tomorrow” (ministry site: www.godsvessel.com.)
