Offset Season is a Rock and Roll band from Las Vegas whose influences range from Bruce Springsteen to Paramore. The band is lead by Singer/ Songwriter, Jered Jones, who has been tweaking the sound of the band for over 4 years into what it has become today. Steven Wright (Rhythm Guitar) and Nathan Gomez (Bass) have been friends with Jered for longer than they can remember. Recently, Colin McAllister (Keys/ Vocals) and Ryan David (Drums/ Percussion) were added to Offset Season to put the final pieces in place. In the past, Offset Season has played nearly every venue in Las Vegas from the Farm to the House of Blues, Voodoo Lounge, and the Hard Rock. Offset Season began as a solo project by front-man, Jered Jones, when he recorded an album on his own with Mitch Pierson in December of 2009. The album, entitled “Into the Light,” was released in March of 2010 after Jered found a band to play the songs he created. Even though the album was not of the best quality, it still opened up many exciting opportunities for the band including opening up for National acts, Vertical Horizon and The Crash Kings. After the band split up and went to different schools, they decided to get back together and write a new album. Between Jered Jones and Colin McAllister, they wrote 4 new songs while they were in separate states! Now that the band is all in Las Vegas for the summer, they have booked a show at the House of Blues opening up for Play for Keeps and Article Pilot, gotten radio play from Mix 94.1 and a Scottish Podcast from College Underground Radio, and will be heading to LA in June to record an album with Kyle Black.
