Hailing from the heart of the wasteland that is the American Midwest comes a truly deranged metal band. Vanaheim blends black metal, ambience, industrial and psychedelic soundscapes to create a cold, disturbing, otherworldly music like this world has never heard before. Consisting of only one member, the enigmatic Loki Darkmoon, Vanaheim has in its year of existence produced a four track demo entitled “Oculttis Obscurris”, is currently working on a full length album to be released in the near future and has performed several live shows in Austin, TX.
