Bio: A phenomenal place where nearly 20 years experience of running multi-award-winning live venues comes together with the British Waterways Building, a majestic former Victorian warehouse. On the ground floor you'll find Cafe Glee, a unique cafe bar with a vintage retro twist, which is open one hour before doors for all shows. Upstairs are two custom-designed auditoriums - The Main Room and The Studio Room - both of which have been carefully planned to present live comedy and music in a perfect setting. Music, Glee Club Nottingham Music shows at Glee Club Nottingham offer a diverse variety of performers from around the world, in a listening environment. We support local and acclaimed international touring artists, from young upcoming talent to well-established artists. Some of the artists to have played in the last two years include Gruff Rhys, Willy Mason, John Grant, Roachford, Martin Simpson, Paul Carrack, Eddi Reader, The Staves, Jake Bugg (our first artist-in-residence throughout 2011), Heather Peace, Lau, Daughter, June Tabor & The Oysterband, Kamina Francis, Richmond Fontaine, The Unthanks and many more.
