Wella started out as a duo consisting of Joseph Wilcox and Robert Keliihoomalu. These two have been performing in town at various malls and volunteering their time for many fundraisers,etc. They have played together for at least 10+years. In 2007, Frank park playing lead guitar joined the duo contributing his style of music, forming a trio. The three are now Wella. They have performed in the Ka Hemini Ana in the Hawaii Theatre twice. The three believe in perpetuating the Hawaiian music and their culture. With their warm,harmonizing voices,they sing Hawaiian and contemporary songs with a flavor all their own.
